The Government published their response to the Lords Select Committee report on sustainable development on 12 October. We did so in

(a) Agriculture and horticulture sector. (b) Forestry.

(c) As defined under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations—RIDDOR—but chiefly amputations, serious fractures and other injuries causing hospitalisation.

(d) An injury causing incapacity for normal work for more than three days and reportable for employed and self-employed persons only.
