To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what progress is being made in the development and publication of a code of practice in relation to rent reviews in commercial leases. [37120]

Mr. Clappison

The commercial property industry and professional bodies are now completing their discussions on the code, and plan to publish it before the end of the year.
