§ Mr. SproatNational lottery funding is already available for revenue support. The National Lottery Charities Board makes revenue grants available to caring charities. The millennium award scheme will invest in people's talent. Revenue and endowment funding is also available in association with capital projects receiving grant, where other funds cannot be found.
The Government have always made clear that the lottery is being kept under review. It is still early days. As the lottery unfolds naturally, we see it investing in human as well as physical capital.
