HC Deb 28 November 1995 vol 267 c546W
Mr. Dalyell

To ask the Prime Minster if he will discuss with the UN Security Council the offer by the Government of Libya of a trial in The Hague of two Libyan suspects accused of the destruction of Pan Am 103. [1637]

The Prime Minister

At its 11th review of sanctions against Libya, held on 22 November, the UK's permanent representative reminded the Security Council that proposals for the trial of the Lockerbie suspects in The Hague or elsewhere were unacceptable alternatives to trial in Scotland or the United States.
