§ The Prime MinisterAt its 11th review of sanctions against Libya, held on 22 November, the UK's permanent representative reminded the Security Council that proposals for the trial of the Lockerbie suspects in The Hague or elsewhere were unacceptable alternatives to trial in Scotland or the United States.
