HC Deb 28 November 1995 vol 267 cc652-3W
Mr. Madden

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many dependants aged over 21 years have been allowed to enter the United Kingdom since the Government accepted DNA evidence as conclusive evidence of a relationship; and how many such dependants were allowed to enter the United Kingdom following decisions by Ministers to exercise their discretion exceptionally outside the immigration rules. [2549]

Mr Kirkhope

The information requested is not available. No separate statistics are maintained of dependants over the age of 21 admitted as a result of conclusive DNA evidence.
