§ Mr. HagueFor Cadw, the Welsh Historic Monuments executive agency, responsibility for the subject of the question has been delegated to the chief executive, Mr. T. J. Cassidy. I have asked him to arrange for a reply to be given.
I also have shared responsibility for the Planning Inspectorate and the Agricultural Development Advisory Service agencies. My right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food are arranging for replies to be given separately for these agencies.
