§ Mr. ClappisonMy Department has not undertaken such an evaluation. The market value of a property will reflect a variety of factors, including neighbouring development. I am not aware that, as a matter of policy, mortgage lenders are refusing to advance loans on properties in close proximity to overhead power lines.
