§ Mr. SoamesMilitary aircraft accident summaries of aircraft accidents involving fatalities are published by my Department after the next of kin have been notified of the outcome of the board of inquiry. The timing of inquests and fatal accident inquiries is entirely a matter for the coroner or procurator fiscal, as appropriate.
