To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the health authorities in Wales which are rationing(a) ear grommets, (b) dilatation and curettage for women under 40 years, (c) varicose vein surgery, (d) screening for osteoporosis, (e) fertility treatment, (f) screening for aortic aneurysm and (g) screening for colon and rectum cancers.
