- 1993–94: £1,890,000
- 1994–95: £3,000,000
- 1995–96: £3,100,000
- Immigration Advisory Service
- 1993–94: £2,640,000
- 1994–95: £2,420,000
- 1995–96: £2,590,000
These figures do not include expenditure through green form legal aid.
