To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the breast cancer services available, and what they comprise for each area. [1145]

The national breast screening programme, which undertakes routine screening and assessment for women aged 50 to 64 years, is provided on an all-Wales basis by Breast Test Wales. The availability of symptomatic breast caner services, including treatment, is the responsibility of district health authorities and general practitioners and is reflected in contracts with NHS trusts.
