§ Mr. BaldryThe New Zealand system of fisheries quota management was developed to meet a very different set of circumstances from those applying within the European Union. I am nevertheless sure that the United Kingdom industry is aware of arrangements in New Zealand and other countries and will take these into account in formulating its response to my invitation for suggestions for changes in our own arrangements.
