§ Miss WiddecombeThe Government aim to deposit in the Library copies of unclassified documents which have been adopted or agreed by the Council of Ministers. The texts of conventions concluded in the third pillar are available to the public through theOfficial Journal of the European Communities, in which they are published after signature. The Government publish the texts of international agreements as command papers for presentation to Parliament as soon as possible after signature.
