To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list those recommendations of the Royal Commission on environmental pollution his Department(a) has implemented, (b) plans to have implemented within the next 12 months, (c) plans to have implemented within the next 24 months, (d) plans to have implemented by 2000 and (e) has no plans to implement.
