§ Mr. Ian TaylorResponsibility for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the build obligations contained in Bell Cablemedia's Telecommunications Act licence for its Dover franchise is a matter for the Director General of Telecommunications. I have therefore asked the director general to write to the hon. Member with details of progress made to date.
