§ Mr. HagueI regularly meet the chairman of the Welsh Development Agency to discuss a wide range of issues.
The agency has decided to adjust its programmes in line with its priorities to take account of the lower than anticipated level of receipts this financial year.
Grant-in-aid to the agency for 1995–96 was determined last year along with my Department's commitments to other Welsh programmes. I will be announcing the position on all Welsh programmes for 1996–97 in December.
