§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe answer of 31 October dealt with health board underspends in 1994–95. The amount of such underspends to be reallocated to health boards is dependent upon parliamentary approval, which is normally given in late December. A final decision on the reallocation of health board underspend will be made then. I will inform the hon. Member for Strathkelvin and Bearsden at that time.
