§ Mr. PaiceIn accordance with the commitment in the "Competitiveness: Forging Ahead" White Paper, Cm 2867, the Government are considering the removal of the requirement that potential new further education providers must gain the sponsorship of an existing college before being able to receive FEFC funding.
