Friend the Member for Hornchurch (Mr. Squire), set out the conclusions of the review of the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1981 on 14 July,Official Report, columns 829–30. Our detailed proposals for putting those conclusions into effect are set out in the draft regulations and draft circular put out to consultation on 14 August.
