§ Mr. WattsWe have allocated £683 million to national schemes (schemes over £3 million in value) for the current year together with £108 million for network improvement schemes (schemes less than £3 million in value). These allocations are contained in the Highways Agency business plan. No decision has yet been taken on allocations for 1996–97.
