§ Mr. RichardsThe review of the National Blood Service undertaken by the National Blood Authority is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health. Organisational changes stemming from the review which could have implications for the delivery of blood services in Wales will be considered by the Welsh Office and the managers of the National Blood Transfusion Service (Wales).
