§ Mr. KirkhopeMr. Onibiyo's asylum application was fully considered and rejected. This decision was subject to review by the independent appellate authority, which dismissed his appeal. Mr. Onibiyo's further application for leave to appeal to the tribunal was not granted and he was therefore returned to Nigeria under normal immigration procedures.
