§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Crown Prosecution Service expects to receive transcripts of the evidence given at the inquest within the next four weeks. Once they have been considered, and any further inquiries which may prove necessary have been completed, a decision on whether criminal proceedings should be instituted can be made. It is not yet possible to say when that stage will be reached.
