§ Mr. NorrisWe have taken a number of initiatives which are designed to encourage and increase the number of people cycling. I announced in June this year that we intended to identify national targets for more cycling use. The steering group that we have set up to generate a national strategy for cycling will consider what targets are most appropriate.
