- Cheddar and other rigid hard pressed cheeses
- Brie
Specially blended cheeses such as:
- Y Fenni, St Illtyd, Harlech, Tintern Cambrian
- Goats cheeses
- Sheep cheeses
- Mozzarella
- Stilton
This list may not be exhaustive.
There are 29 cheese producers in Wales, nine of whom are major producers.
