§ Mr. Hanley[holding answer 6 November 1995]: Britain contributes to the pilot plan trust fund, which is managed by the World bank and monitored by an independent international advisory group. We attend regular meetings of participants and in-country co-ordination. One component of the pilot plan is a project to protect indigenous peoples and their lands.
