§ Mr. MossThe licensing of waste disposal facilities is a matter for the district council—in this case Ards borough council. The council has licensed the site in question at Craiganee quarry and reports that there are no matters relating to the site which constitute a public health nuisance. The council has adopted a 10-year waste disposal plan for the borough which is regularly reviewed.
