To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the amounts awarded by SNH in 1994 under section 15 agreements for each owner and occupier. [40311]

This is a matter for Scottish Natural Heritage. I have asked the chief executive to reply to the hon. Member.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects the current review of SNH to be completed; if he will make a statement on its remit; and if its findings will be published. [40312]

My right hon. Friend will make a statement on the conclusions of the study group on SNH shortly.
