§ Mr. BowisWe have reminded local and health authorities, in recently published guidance, of the need to consult all providers about local standards. Copies of the guidance LAC(95)12 and HSG(95)41 are available in the Library. Representations by proprietors of residential care or nursing homes in Coventry should be made through the independent unit advisory panel, the local authority complaints procedure or the local government ombudsman.
