§ Mr. RichardsExpenditures on nursery and primary schools are not separately identified on local government returns to the Welsh Office so separate unit costs cannot be calculated. Unit costs for nursery and primary schools combined are contained in an education finance bulletin produced by the Welsh Office's training and education intelligence unit. A copy of the bulletin is in the Library of the House.
