The total cost of mounting the project in terms of the full-time project and in-house bid teams and consultancy support is estimated at some £1,700,000. The Health Alliance submitted the lowest compliant bid to provide full primary, community and secondary health care to the Army and primary and community health care to the RAF in Germany from 1 April 1996.
