To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when he will make a statement on the conclusions of his Department's special investigation branch into the allegations concerning the misuse of an Army helicopter to transport a commanding officer to a golf competition in Scotland. [41565]

The special investigations branch has completed and submitted a report into the allegations concerning the misuse of an Army helicopter. This is now being considered by my Department and I will advise the hon. Member of the outcome shortly.
