§ Mr. MossInformation on Fold Housing Association's target balance between active and less active tenants in sheltered housing is not collated or monitored by the Department. The need for such a balance is currently being considered in a review of the social housing needs of older people which is jointly being carried out by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations. It is hoped that the report will be produced before the end of this year. I will arrange for copies to be forwarded to the hon. and learned Member and placed in the Library.
