HC Deb 02 November 1995 vol 265 cc413-4W
Mr. Tyler

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many households are estimated to be without a mains electricity supply. [41204]

Mr. Ancram

Figures from the 1994–95 continuous household survey suggest that 0.3 per cent. of households in Northern Ireland are not connected to an electricity supply. The 1991 census recorded a total of 530,000 households in Northern Ireland.
