§ Mr. KynochThe safety procedures and management structure of all nuclear undertakings in the United Kingdom are subject to scrutiny by the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate under the terms of nuclear site licences. It would be inappropriate for my right hon. Friend to intervene in these matters.
