§ Mr. KynochMy right hon. Friend recently visited Paisley on other matters, but he has no plans to visit Collier street, Johnstone or the Park avenue and South End areas of Paisley.
The hon. Member will be aware that the Secretary of State will be meeting him and other members of the Paisley South End flood action committee on Wednesday 1 November to discuss matters arising out of the 1994 floods.
