§ Sir Hector MonroThere are no plans to bring forward legislation to impose new duties in relation to heracleum mantegazzianum on landowners or local authorities. Heracleum mantegazzianum contains large amounts of sap whose toxins can cause painful blistering, and humans coming into contact with the plant may require medical treatment.
