To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many termination payments have been made by national health service trusts to(a) chief executives, (b) general managers and (c) senior managers; and what was the total amount for each trust since 30 September 1994. [25788]

Since 30 September 1994 national health service trusts have reported to the National Health Service Executive three termination payments made to chief executives and 38 payments made to both general and senior managers(1).

The total amount for each trust is as follows:
