§ Sir Patrick MayhewCopies of the chief constable's annual report 1994 have today been placed in the Library. It is a general report on the carrying out by the RUC of its functions during 1994 which is submitted to the Police Authority for Northern Ireland and transmitted to me for laying before Parliament in accordance with section 15 of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970.
