§ Mr. Jonathan EvansI have no powers to direct the Monopolies and Mergers Commission to reconsider its reports. If it were found that the commission had been misled, a further reference to the commission could be considered.
I am not aware of any previous prosecutions under section 93B of the Fair Trading Act 1973.
