Mr. Hinchliffe

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the number of applicants on council waiting lists for each local authority in Yorkshire and Humberside. [25357]

Mr. Robert B. Jones

Local authorities in England report the numbers of households on their housing waiting lists at 1 April each year in their annual housing investment programme returns.

The latest available data for individual local authorities in Yorkshire and Humberside can be found in section B of the "1994 HIP1 All Items Print", a copy of which is in the Library.
