§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 22 May 1995]: Provisions in the current Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill implement a number of the recommendations in this report which was published last month. The other recommendations in the report are being carefully examined and decisions on the outcome will be announced in due course.
