§ Mr. KynochMy right hon. Friend has no immediate plans to visit Johnstone. He is aware, however, of the Houston square project in Johnstone which is due to be completed shortly and has been financed by Renfrewshire Enterprise, Renfrew district council and the European Commission. The need for further investment in Johnstone is, in the first instance, a matter for the local agencies concerned.
