§ Mr. MacleanThe police service, via the Association of Chief Police Officers, has provided an assessment of the current extent of the problems associated with wheel clamping on private land and the practicality of the various proposals to overcome those problems. I understand that the West Midlands police have contributed to providing that ACPO view.
