To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the planned spending on(a) task forces, (b) compacts, (c) teacher placements, (d) education business partnerships, (e) TEC challenge, (f) section 11, (g) ethnic minorities grant, (h) safer cities and (i) GEST 19 under the single regeneration budget for 1995–96 and 1996–97.
