§ Mr. Robin SquireThe table shows net institutional expenditure per pupil including and excluding staffing costs, in cash terms and in 1994–95 prices, on LEA-maintained nursery and primary and secondary schools in England from 1979–80 to 1993–94, the latest year for which provisional outturn figures are available. The primary figures include expenditure on nursery provision which cannot be differentiated.
