Member for Cannock and Burntwood (Dr. Wright),Official Report, column 428, on such bodies sponsored by the FCO (Diplomatic Wing and Overseas Development Administration). Only members of the boards of the British Council and the Britain-Russia Centre are liable to surcharge.
