§ Mr. David DavisOur vice-consul saw Mr. Leeson immediately after he was stopped at Frankfurt airport on 2 March. The vice-consul visited him in Hoechst prison, Frankfurt, on 10 March. He will be visited again within the next three weeks. Mr. Leeson is free to contact our consulate at any time.
