§ Mr. JackUnder the provisions of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948, as amended, the Agricultural Wages Board has the power to make orders:
for workers employed in agriculture.
- (a) fixing minimum rates of wages;
- (b) directing holidays to be allowed;
- (c) fixing any other terms and conditions of employment;
