§ Mr. RedwoodExcept where professional or specialist qualifications are required, all vacancies are advertised as requiring appropriate academic and equivalent qualifications which include NVQs. Over the last three years there have been five recruitment competitions for posts for which NVQs would be appropriate qualifications: three at NVQ level 2, and one each at NVQ level 3 and 4.
